CropInsight is your trusted source to view critical information about your drip irrigation system, as obtained by SmartRate. Through CropInsight, Smartfield’s online web service, users will be able to view critical information obtained by their SmartRate including flow rate, three pressure readings, on/off status of up to 24 valves, irrigation status, and current and forecasted weather conditions. In addition, growers can set up alerts and receive a text message or e-mail notification if the drip system begins malfunctioning. Throughout the growing season, CropInsight saves all information obtained by your SmartRate so it can be referenced for historical use. The CropInsight service is the valuable link from the grower to their drip irrigated field and is only available through a yearly web-based subscription service. SmartRate reassures you that “every drop counts.”
