SmartWeather™ brings accurate weather information from “Your Field to You.” This remote weather station collects ambient temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, wind direction, total solar radiation, and barometric pressure.
A SmartWeather system includes:
- Smartfield Base Station with Modem
- Digital Rain Gauge
- Relative Humidity Pod
- Pyrometer (Solar Radiation)
- Anemometer (Wind Speed and Direction)
- Barometric Pressure Sensor
- Cellular Antenna
Through CropInsight, Smartfield’s online web service, growers are able to view a multitude of local environmental information. CropInsight is a web service that gathers information from a SmartWeather system and uploads data for quick viewing and historical reference.
