PivotScout™ | “Common Sense for the Everyday Pivot”

PivotScout™ provides growers with the peace of mind in knowing their pivot system is being closely monitored. PivotScout allows the grower to view near real-time depictions of the pivot location and irrigation status within the field. This GPS guided pivot tracking service can also notify the grower if a multitude of malfunctions begin occurring. For example, a grower can set specific time limits that a pivot can “stand still” while irrigating before the grower receives a text message.

PivotScout Pro provides the added feature of remote pivot shut-down. From the convenience of their computer, growers are able to command the pivot to shut-down or set a specific rainfall amount that would trigger the pivot to shut-down.

PivotScout and PivotScout Pro are add-on features to a SmartCrop® system. Access to the information is obtained through the Smartfield website with a one year subscription service.
