July 14, 2010-  Inventory Control Specialist

Status:   Full-Time

Educational requirements:  College degree or related work experience required

Description:  Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records on several hundred parts and products.  Specialist must verify and properly record all incoming inventory purchases, out bound sales, transfers, damages and other required inventory adjustments.  The specialist will be responsible for helping develop, implement and insure compliance with the proper processes and policies to maintain accurate and reliable inventory records. The specialist must be able to learn and become proficient with the company’s inventory management software.  The specialist must complete physical inventory counts as necessary and required to confirm accurate inventory throughout the year.  Interested candidates should be detailed oriented, policy compliant and comfortable with computers. This position reports to the Accounting Manager.

July 14, 2010- Accounting Clerk

Status: Full-Time

Educational requirements:  College degree or related work experience required

Description:  Responsible for assisting the Accounting Manager with the day-to-day accounting and record keeping of the company.  Clerk may perform any of the following duties to obtain financial data for use in maintaining accurate accounting records: reviews, compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions; verifies and posts details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed; computes and records charges, refunds and other similar items; may process vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records, using computer and related accounting software; may reconcile bank statements. Interested candidates must be detail oriented, good with numbers and have an understanding of accounting and accounting systems.  This position reports to the Accounting Manager.

March, 2010 – Lead C Programmer

Applicant must be proficient in writing C applications. This position will involve the writing of applications that will control members of a wireless sensor network. Aspects of the applications will be real-time state machines, interrupt (and associated service routines) programming, real-time processing and buffer/data management.

The position requires programming experience. We are not a training ground for obtaining programming experience. This means that we need experience already gained through meaningful work beyond a couple of classes with narrow objectives. The applicant will be able to write meaningful code to achieve a fine working product.

The applicant must also be able to work projects without constant hand holding. The applicant will be expected to coordinate software-implementation approaches for achieving schedule/performance milestones for a small group of programmers (approx. 4).

Applicants will be required to demonstrate proficiency by answering some pertinent technical questions as well as a general interview regarding approaches to problem-solving and project completion.

Applicants will need to have 5 years experience and a Bachelors in Computer Science or C/EE. Pay will be commensurate with experience and education. Send resumes to and a member of our team will contact you.
